foundation for ultimate fitness is found in its 3 Steps:
  1. Assessment—a detailed look at your body’s present muscle tension, alignment, posture & movement patterns.  This physical reality check takes 2.5 to 3 hours and is the basis of your personalized program
  2. Correction—a personalized, comprehensive stretching program designed to reprogram your body’s neuro-muscular system—to undo all your body’s bad habits and bring it back into balance.  This typically requires 2 to 5 hours with your trainer booked in advance usually for a 1 hour duration.
  3. Exercise—a tailored set of exercises designed to meet the needs of your personal goals however simple or complex they might be.  2 to 5 hours with your trainer.

Paul Chek is a name you’ll hear often at Summit Fitness.  In his book, How to Eat Move and Be Healthy he introduces himself as “Your Personal Health and Vitality Consultant”.  He is also known worldwide as a Holistic Health Practitioner, Neuromuscular Therapist and corrective exercise specialist.  He founded the C.H.E.K. Institute in California as a focal point for the education of elite health and exercise professionals.  The C.H.E.K. Institute runs four advanced certification programs and provides numerous training videos and courses to students world-wide.  All of our trainers are in varying stages of being C.H.E.K. certified.
